Our Comprehensive Clinical Assessment/Diagnostic Assessment is an intensive clinical and functional face-to-face evaluation of a client’s mental health, developmental disability, or substance abuse condition that results in the issuance of a diagnostic/assessment report with a recommendation for treatment, if appropriate.

psychotherapy
Our psychotherapy sessions are a collaborative process between you and the therapist. This will take place in a safe, caring, and confidential environment—to explore your feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through life's challenges, identify aspects of your life that you would like to change, better understand yourself and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.

reiki
The word “Reiki”----- “Rei,” which means universal, and “ki,” which loosely translates to a lifeforce of energy. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, specifically your 7 Chakra areas, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
Reiki is a Japanese practice, simple and natural, that improves the flow of life force energy through hands-on bodywork.
Clients may lie down or be seated to encourage comfort and ease. All are welcome, and no experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing.

sound bath
Sound healing is an ancient healing practice that uses instruments tuned to the frequency of our energy center, or Chakra's. By playing the instruments, we help to clear out blockage to find alignment that help ease symptoms of anxiety, stress, and trauma responses.
Think of this as a mini sound bubble bath!

clinical supervision
Clinical supervision supports an associate licensed mental health professional by offering oversight and support from a more experienced provider. To become licensed to practice, all mental health providers must complete a minimum number of therapy hours under clinical supervision. The specific requirements vary depending on the license a therapist seeks and the state in which they practice. Currently, we are only providing supervision in the state of North Carolina
